Easter in Paris is all about chocolate and I am not one to complain about that! In fact my favourite thing about Easter back when I was a little kid was receiving a chocolate bunny and bitting its ears off. :))
It comes as no surprise that I love Fauchon’s Melting Choc Collection for Easter, it has something for everyone and it would satisfy any chocolate lover’s dream.
The main part of the collection is the incredible marbled egg filled with more delicious chocolates inside. You can pick it in milk or dark chocolate and it comes in different sizes. It looks more like a sculpture than a desert, but I didn’t feel too bad about cracking it open 🙂
The Melting Choc entremet is my favourite one, you can get it in individual size or as a cake to share for your Easter meal, I am definitely going to do that! It’s got so much going on – a crunchy pecan praline, a luscious caramel mixed with caramelised pecans, an airy milk chocolate mousse and a fragrant Tahiti vanilla emulsion. Can’t stop my mouth from watering with each new component, it’s such an indulgent treat!
If that wasn’t enough, you can also get the above combination in an Eclair format! The equally delicious chou-filled pastry is topped with a gorgeous marbled chocolate decoration, completing the Melting Choc collection with a bang.
If you get a chance, I definitely recommend you to try one of these chocolatey treats! Do let me know if you love them 🙂
